Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your PipeCrush LLC subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. To cancel, navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Billingand click “Cancel Subscription.”

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you will retain read-only access to your data for 30 days.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed one month in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-month refunds for monthly plans.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year at a discounted rate. If you cancel within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a prorated refund for unused months. After 30 days, no refund is issued, and access continues until the end of the annual billing period.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment cannot be collected, your account will be downgraded to read-only access until payment is resolved. Your subscription is not automatically canceled due to failed payment.

Plan Changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
